Kurt stood up at Ryu's words, tensing a bit as Vert joined him. The girl wasn't his least favorite person; hell, he thought she was pretty useful in a fight. But... She seemed to get hungry very easily, and he didn't want to be her next meal, or a possible traveling snack. He prayed silently that she hated shark sushi. He had to ponder largely on his decision: Should he go with them? They seemed to be able to take care of themselves. But the other options... He didn't seem too found of. But wouldn't he just be a burden, since he wasn't fully healed?

Sighing to him, he nodded to the two with a smile. "Sorry. I think I'll take the first one with someone else." He stretched his arms in the air before continuing. "I'd probably be just a burden, with these wounds." He looked over at them with red eyes, looking bright and happy. "But, I'll wish you good luck. You both are pretty skilled, so you should have no problem."
