1) You may start out the RP with up to 3 relations - to do that, you will need to pick characters from the CS tab and pm the respective Rper to work out details. You are not required to start out with any if you do not want at this time but it may make it easier to work your way into the group. Granted looking at his CS the only ones he might have a connection with is Nora Kingston, Reginald Keystone, Vera Munn. (All three are Peers of England - Highest in the lines is Vera (Countess)

2) Where he is residing - this you can add to his CS - "Savoy Hotel, room 2167" - Large Suite style room (Bedroom, sitting area, private bathroom) - well furnished, second story, corner room over looking the back gardens
