[@Asura] If it happened during the winter/wars then I'd say that Konoha would be more than willing to accept a person with a rare genetic bloodline limit. Especially if it inconveniences Kirigakure, who were enemies of Konohagakure during this time. So, if they can somehow obtain her and extract any information from her, that'd be good. 

Of course they'd test her first to see where her loyalties are. If she acts suspiciously, she'd probably not get allowed into Konohagakure unless it was with escorts and stuff. (As in, she lives there, but is always imprisoned in her own house, or so).
