While I can't/won't go into any details regarding the grim reaper in this thread (I'd have to save that for PM), I don't know if it'd fit the atmosphere to have a 'Monokuma' running around, per se. Granted, the sort of thing you've mentioned isn't something that's unheard of in anime, but we're aiming for a fairly serious/mature tone to this story -- obviously excluding any humour the players end up bringing to the stage due to what's appropriate for the guests of this little shindig. I've got quite a few NPC characters in the woodwork right now, but I can't really detail any of them without spoilers.

Edit: I figured I'd fix a typo that got mentioned. I've only just woken up after the train wreck that was this morning.
