Name: My name is Ritzy. Ask my about my last name sometime. Gender: Female, or so I've been told. Age: I'm 17. I'll be 18 on my birthday. Appearance: Region of Origin: I'm from Unova City of Origin: Virbank City, a charming little place. History: Oh, where to begin, where to begin? I'm an only child, because the world couldn't handle two of me, there just wouldn't be enough spotlight to share. Pop worked at the docks, often taking ships to Castellia City which meant I always got a Casteliacone when he came back. Oh, do I love a Casteliacone. I took an interest in Pokemon from a young age, well, young is relative, I'm still young - compared to the adults out there, but I first took an interest in Pokemon seven years ago when I was ten. And it's all thanks to my dear sweet mother. See, my mom works at Pokestar Studios. You might've heard of it, it's only the place where all the greatest Pokemon movies are made and distributed worldwide. It was due to her job, a camerawoman - seriously, look for her credit on any good Pokestar production, you'll see, that I got my first glimpse into the world of Pokemon. Pokestar Studios uses real Pokemon in their movies, and my earliest and one of my fondest memories was seeing a film being shot - thanks to mother letting me watch her work - starring a Pokemon that I know now is called Typhlosion. It looked so cool. And so did its trainer, the other star of the film. I wanted that. I wanted to be a star, like that trainer, like that Typhlosion. The problem was that I didn't have a single Pokemon to my name. Luckily, after a few nights of begging, my mother let me borrow her Munna and showed me how to catch a Pokemon. I was scared at first, I mean, I only had one Pokeball, one chance to catch one for myself. I didn't want to have some professior gift me a Pokemon out of pity, that's not a star-making origin story. Outside of Virbank City I met and captured my first Pokemon. It was a cute little guy, like a little purple critter with a horn ought to be. I was told it was a Nidoran. That's all well and good, but I called it Ran. That's a good name for a future star. Ritzy and Ran, I could see it now, the two of us rising to the top of all the lists, the next big stars in the Pokestar world. Or so I thought. See, the director of the whole studio didn't see the star quality in me or in Ran, saying that a Nidoran and a kid were not going to be stars. He said no one wanted to see 'gross' poison types in movies, they wanted the explosive fire types, the elegant water types, anything other than poison. Naturally I took offense. What did type matter in movies? I didn't even know anything about types, I was just a kid. But thanks to the shortsighted director, I was determined to prove him wrong. Poison types could be stars too. They could be just as awesome to see in the movies as any other type. So Ran and I set out on a journey to toughen up, to learn and grow and prepare for our future debut. We met some future stars in the making as well, and any Pokemon that comes my way needs that star quality, I don't settle for the ordinary. I earned three Unova badges, purely by skill and the dazzling ability of my stars. It was Burgh that first noticed my future potential as Unova...no, the world's most famous trainer, and sent a letter of recommendation to Orre. Seemed as good a place as any to start my inevitable rise to the top of the V.I.P. list. Personality: I've been told I'm a narcissist. I disagree. I just know that I'm going to be a star, so what better way to prepare than by acting like one now? Oh but don't get me wrong, I'm not so vain as to distance myself from the common rabble who care only about the brutish parts of Pokemon, battling and nothing else. Stars need their entourage, right? I speak my mind, and I encourage others to do so too, I have the toughest skin in the world, I don't get offended. I've also been known to be slightly overdramatic and loud...but it'll all pay off in the long run. Battle Theme: Pokemon Species: Nidoking Nickname: Ran Appearance: Personality: Ran is used to Ritzy's eccentricities and is the counter to her personality. He, too, shares the same dream, but in spite of Ritzy's eccentric battle style, he remains calm and collected, throwing in a bit of pizzazz for show in the process. For the cameras. Notable Moves: Sludge Wave, Hone Claws, Mega Horn, Toxic Spikes Species: Croagunk Nickname: Karo Appearance: Personality: Karo is a mischevious little sort, always running off into trouble and trying to pull pranks. She's still a fighter, though, and in battle she's ferocious, fighting until she can't. That kind of tenacity is exactly what Ritzy was looking for. Notable Moves: Sucker Punch, Drain Punch, Swagger, Revenge Species: Crobat Nickname: Zee Appearance: Personality: Zee doesn't know how to lighten up, how to take things easy. Everything in battle or outside of it is serious to Zee. Zee does care for Ritzy and the others, but wishes Ritzy would take things more seriously. She's become something of the guardian of the team, alongside Ran. Notable Moves: Taunt, Bite, Cross Poison, Wing Attack Species: Vanillite Nickname: Nille Appearance: Personality: Nillie is the newest and youngest and most inexperienced of Ritzy's team. She also feels like the odd one out due to being the sole ice type amidst all the poison types. She's constantly trying to prove herself to Ritzy, who only really caught her because it reminded her of the Casteliacones she loves. Notable Moves: Icicle Spear, Mist, Avalanche, Double Team
