I can't because I don't know where she is. She's at the same place she last talked to David and I never knew where that was. I don't want to have her move because that's ooc for her, she'd rather wait for someone to come back than move due to plot reasons.

She's somewhere in the base. Everyone else is also in the base. Really, it's not a big deal if you make something up; we always used to. As you said yourself, no need to ask for permission.

Consistency matters. :/ I needed to know if she was at the base, at the other base, at some random location, etc. in order to keep consistency.

It does, but when David left, she could have left as well.

Theoretically just the two right now, but there are always more somewhere throughout the base.
