[@Sam12435] Given how you described it as a luck-based power, it seems like it's more or less 'fortune manipulation'. I imagine it'd largely depend on how you describe it, yeah. It's similar to the situation I was in when I made my CS for this role-play last time -- my character's power revolved around space manipulation, but I gave it a lot of [i]very[/i] specific applications in order to prevent the character flat out being broken as all hell. My main story project has a lot of exceedingly powerful characters (my circle of people who follow my work actually think it's [i]the[/i] most powerful fictional verse ever created, period) while still remaining balanced in-universe, so I'm very good at scaling powers and knowing what might or might not break a setting. That's one of the reasons I'm usually the first to offer my input when people suggest powers like this -- I spend a lot of time severely toning down [i]my own[/i] characters for role-plays. Anyway, I imagine the GM could give you an opinion more fitting to this role-play. They know what they want, after all.
