[@shagranoz] Amelia wouldn't personally show up for each of her students, that'd be Santa Claus level house visits, but she would have sent someone else to give an invite [i]if[/i] Susan was causing problems with her magic- plus it's not free, Blakley's is expensive and doesn't do scholarships- except for the especially destructive that have no source of income- so her parents would need to be on board with it.
