"Pain killers..." Amelia muttered to herself.  She disappeared into the kitchen, grabbing a sort of scanning hand held device and going back to Taylor.  
"I don't know if this counts as a painkiller but it should help, Han Solo." She slowly pushed him down to the bed and crouched down next to him.  She knew that she shouldn't be having such a dangerous attachment to him but he was one of the sweetest guys she had met and brought out a side to her that she never knew before.  And she liked it.  She held his face in one of her hands, gently tilting his head up so his eyes met hers and turned on the hand held device.  It glowed blue as she held it to his head and put her thumb down on a sensor.
"It won't hurt, just give it a minute or so."
She took the time to stare into Taylor's eyes.  So innocent, so sweet.  She had not seen something like this in a while.  Where robots with cold merciless eyes and afraid citizens roamed Neotech.
