You're the GM, so you decide how magic works in this world, but my vision of Fleshspinning was that anyone could learn it, like the dwarve's runes. It's very introverted and takes less energy than casting a spell outwards into the world. You'll just have to consume a lot of energy (like food) to keep the magic "fed" from then on.

Of course, she doesn't seem patient enough for it anyway :lol
