[@Rune_Alchemist]Oh god, poor people XD Valerie wouldn't even catch on to that, I don't think. Probably just think that people suddenly begun liking her more and be happy about that as she hardly takes notice if she passes out or foams at the mouth after eating. 
at first I was thinking that if she ever makes food for the group in the middle of the woods, Lucille would be all "Trust me, you don't wanna eat that" or somesuch, but now I think she'd encourage them for seconds XD
