I think this is a decent amount of interest, and it hasn't even been 24 hours since the interest check went up! I'll open the OOC thread so that people can start making characters sometime soon, likely after I get back from work. 

I'm still taking participants, so anyone who hasn't shown interest yet can leave a comment here if they want to be notified when the OOC comes up.
