[@Vocab] Yeah I get it Vocab. I'm saying that if you really want to kill someone and not have it be a fuck up, your gonna want to plan it perfectly since this is a hospital and there are gonna probably be many first aid kits on the walls to help with any kind of injuries that we could give each other. That's what I was trying to get to, I know murder is premeditated and it's thought out I was just saying that if someone wanted to kill somebody they might want to do it an area that has only one way to enter and leave, and probably a place that doesn't have a first aid kit.
