[@The One] With how I've set up these races...probably not. If anyone like that was born on either side they'd be hunted down and killed. 

Though it should be kept in mind that just because ones called Angelic and ones Demonic it doesn't mean one is good or evil. Both are kinda both. 

Anyhow if you were to give me a good enough reason why they're not...dead. Then I'll certainly be open to the idea.
