Location: Route 13, Rest Site
Interacting With: [@Shadeflare123] [@Sen] [@MechonRaptor] Aiden watched as his friends seemed to... well... hate his cooking. Though this didn't particularly adversely affect him. In fact he almost looked like he expected it, like he knew his cooking wasn't going to be very well received. Nodding he took a bit of his food for himself and just like Roxy and Novis he too curled his face into an expression of disgust, "Drat! I thought I had it right this time..." At that point he went back over to his set down pack, pulling out a notebook and speaking aloud as he wrote, mumbling something about not enough sour to contradict the sweet and vice verse at the same time. In fact it mostly sounded like the ravings of a mad man. Though he did have a moment of clarity to say, "I'm sorry about the food. I could have sworn that I had the recipes perfectly balanced. Try the desserts and snacks though, those tend to be much better than my main courses." And he spoke true, his snacks and desserts were always to die for, even if the rest of his cooking would make you die for... Zorex on the other hand couldn't get enough and anything that was not being eaten he stuffed in his mouth. When Aiden left his dish Zorex was the first to literally leap onto the table and start scarfing it down with a hunger unlike any have seen. You'd think that he was starved for a month to be eating so viciously, but in fact it was just the cooking. While Aiden didn't fully understand it, for some reason his cooking tasted awful for Trainers, but Pokemon couldn't get enough. That's often why Zorex drools over the mere thought of a feast like this. Aiden meanwhile had finished with his notes and returned to the table, not caring to touch his main dishes and instead started to go for some Oren Berry glazed tarts that he made from the gathered berries his friends made, taking a bite of one and this time not curling up into a ball of crying disgust, which must mean it wasn't NEARLY as bad as the other courses. It was at this stage that he spoke up to respond to Novis' question, "It's nothing I put in... it just... doesn't work sometimes. I'm stilling working on perfecting it for human consumption."
