Cillian looked on with surprise as the Comfey took over the Beedrill. [i]Mind control? Well that’s new,[/i] he thought frowning just as the Comfey turned and spotted Juana, face lighting up in mirth before it struck.

[color=lightsteelblue]“Haz, Flame Burst!”[/color] Cillian shouted. Energy gathered in a spherical formation in the Charmander’s mouth as it leaped forward, casting the fireball at the Comfey and driving it back as Tora’s Growlithe performed a Fire Spin. Rushing to Juana’s side, Cillian glanced over her with apprehensive horror. [color=lightsteelblue]“We need to get you to a hospital,”[/color] he said, eyes wide as he rummaged through his bag, pulling out a standard but small medikit that was part of his camping supplies. [color=lightsteelblue]“Here, Tora. You’re probably better at this than I am,”[/color] Cillian said, handing the black-haired girl the medikit. 

A howl sounded from behind a bush just as a Granbull burst out, eyes glazed over in the Comfey’s signature mind control look. [color=lightsteelblue]“Hazmat, Smokescreen!”[/color] Cillian yelled, hoping the smoke would provide an adequate distraction for Tora to patch up Juana. [color=lightsteelblue]“Follow that up with a Dragon Rage, Haz,”[/color] Cillian called, pulling out another Pokeball and opening it. His Mudkip appeared at his side, eyes fierce and ready for the battle. 

[color=lightsteelblue]“Kelb, Rock Throw at the Granbull,”[/color] Cillian said. [color=lightsteelblue]“Let’s try to take it down without hurting it too much.”[/color]
