Juana’s call to her Skorupi called Cillian’s attention away from ordering Hazmat and the Charmander’s battle with the Comfey, and Cillian saw that the Poison-type needed some help. [color=lightsteelblue]“Mudkip, trap the Granbull with a Whirlpool!”[/color] Cillian called to his Pokemon. The blue-and-orange Water-type immediately called forth a spiral of frolicking water that wrapped around the purple Fairy-type, blocking it from view and effectively trapping it inside. 

Cillian turned back to the Comfey, a grin stretching on his face when he realized it was trapped by Tora’s Growlithe’s Fire Spin from earlier. [color=lightsteelblue]“Haz, let’s try that Flame Burst again,”[/color] Cillian said. Nodding, his Charmander charged the Fairy-type trapped in the swirling fire, spitting a fireball at the twister to recharge the flames. Additional flames ricocheted off the spiral, driving off what remained of the Hoothoot flock.
