[@Celeste] Ah I see. I think it makes sense for there to be a few R'hllor worshippers in the Vale, but the Faith of the Seven is heavily ingrained in Westeros and I don't think many if any nobles would have converted or even that many peasants. The main area of R'hllor worship would be the Riverlands in my mind since the Brotherhood Without Banners enjoyed some popularity there; though they'd still be a small minority. But religious unrest is going to be one of the conflicts in the story.
