Just so you guys know, the guy I was talking about in that post PMd me afterwards and we managed to talk things out as people rather then getting angry at each other passive-agressively by, say, quoting and mentioning other people to say what we're too frightened to say ourselves. 

Also, cool RP. I'd join myself but the only thing I really know about mech anime is patlabor, and that's clearly not what you're going for here.
