[@pkken]I'm no GM, but I doubt that the Librarium would know every single pirate. It's usually only the loud of the skilled that make a name for themselves, and even then it'd probably be an alias. Lazulin, for instance, likely isn't recognizable by sight, but given how few devilslayers there are, and how he's likely the only mage in the world with hellfire, the moment he starts slinging fireballs, he'd be pretty easy to recognize.

[@Leslie Hall] What do you think? Who amongst the Chasers, besides the obvious like S-classes and the Guildmaster, would be well known and targeted by the Librarium.
