Hey, everyone, I'd you are gonna use NPCs (or rather, secondary characters), from now on, I want to see a list with their levels and abilities and feats. After enough talking with [@TheWindel] and troubles on a certain RP of similar thematic, I decided that, in the interest of everyone, we need to eliminate these secret plans not announced in the IC, made by players who do not have the authority to do so.

In case you absolutely need to do something under the wraps, which I strongly discourage, since it's not fair, do PM is three GMs at once about it, otherwise it might be void since it seems like some people here don't trust the  leadership sculptures of all of us or are holding some pointless grudge or another.

In sum, play fair and clean or you may need to edit a lot of posts from now on. Secrecy is prerogative of the GMs, only.

Just to be sure that the most glaring case is addressed without misunderstandings. [@Jedly], I want to see the stats of that NPC troop of yours, before they do any more significant IC actions. I get the distinct feeling that that White Noise chick is broken enough for we to need to regulate her powers, since tampering with the interface read never something permitted to any player. It's too much plot relevant power for a PC.
