Alex shrugged, though he did catch sight of Zealot moving to pull out something from his belt. Past experience told that it was probably some kind of weapon or something like that. The fact that he wasn't using it yet was some indication that there was still a chance to work out of this with the place in one piece, so he'd just have to keep trying for that. "Like I said, I just got back. Haven't had the time to file a complaint," he pointed out, though he doubted that the armored figure in front of him particularly cared about schedules, time, or anything beyond searching for his already decided upon conclusion. Glancing around, Alex gestured at the apartment that Zealot would be able to see. "I don't have an explanation because it obviously wasn't me. Look around if you want, but you won't find anything special here or whatever Relic you're looking for. Have you checked the neighboring apartments?" He hadn't heard anything indicating that Zealot had, but it was still a possibility. In which case this would become slightly more difficult, but not by much. For now though he continued to stand at ease as he waited for what his armored guest would say, even as he planned for the worst outcome. It would be all too easy to wind up running again at this point. [@TheWindel]
