Ah, the notorious BBCode. It simply looks daunting, when in reality it's rather easy to get the hang of. Most GMs, like [@SouffleGirl123] here, will do most of the formatting work for their players. It's up to them whether they want to add their own flare to it, or not. But, yeah, most if it is just filling in the blanks between the tags.

For the [img] brackets, that requires the URL of a gif or an image.

The [color=???] you can either substitute the ??? with a specific hexcode or the name of a color.

And her [ hr]'s have a space in them to work with the [code] bracket. You'll need to comb through to find those in order to remove the space.
