After defeating the dragon, Angรฉlique moved away from the grounded dragon. Her vision still blurred, she walked up to the spot where she was being pinned a moment ago. As she came close to the area, she spotted a familiar black shape down on a patch of dirt. Kneeling with difficulty as pain flared up o her side one more, Angel retrieved which were indeed her shades. There was a crack running down across the left lens, and the mounts were slightly misaligned. Guess she was due to request a change.

But as she slipped her shades back on, her sight did not clear up. Instead, everything faded to black.

There she was again, standing on a stage made of void, lost in the darkness, with only a single spotlight shining down on her and a featureless crowd facing her with expressionless stares. Their presence felt overwhelming, more so than the darkness surrounding her. Their lifeless stare was antagonizing her, made her feel oppressed, was aggravating her.

As she tried to call up to the mass of people that had gathered in front of her, one person dropped. Then another, then another one, then another again. Everyone fell lifeless and vanished into the surrounding void, all but one last person. She had remained close to her, in fact almost face to face. The features of the remaining woman seemed to slowly manifest, however still remaining clouded in mystery. The only striking trait that was showing was a taunting bloodied grin.

For a glimpse of a moment, the mysteriousโ€™ girlโ€™s face revealed itself, reflecting like a twisted mirror the face of the woman standing face to face in front of her. Faintly, Angรฉlique thought she recognized the visage, feeling it was strongly familiar, yet felt it was dirtied, even for the brief lapse of time she had gazed into it.

In a flash of light, Angel was brought back to reality. What was that just now? It had been the second time she experienced something as such. It felt strange, something seemed to have been dropped into her being while she was having this vision, made her feel more... whole but at the same time more sullied.
