Ella dug her fingernails into her palms at the thought of another Pokemon being maimed, and somebody disappearing. The sight of something moving snapped her from her thoughts. Raising her head, she stared open-mouthed at the gathering of townspeople who moved together in a trance - including somebody she recognised. The kindly old man from the Pokecentre.

Considering how badly she'd messed up earlier, she had no idea what she could do to help, but she couldn't just stay behind. Glancing behind at Leisy, then back at the line of people, she wondered with a chill where the sleepwalkers would lead her and the others - or rather, what they'd lead them to.
