[list] [*] 1. What races are available ? I mean do you have any races in mind and we can only choose from those or we simply "invent" a race ?
[*] Classes. We can write whatever we want ? 
[*] Powers. How many powers are we allowed to have ? I mean is there a limit ?  [/list]
