[@Scarifar] First things first, are you really sure you'll even stick to this character? I mean, that's not the first time you do do a character with a very similar concept, just to drop it couple weeks later. You may need to think if that's really something that interests you. Now then, I also have to add that, while it's perfectly alright, abstract concepts like Attack Speed based builds are very impractical for free form RPs, since it depends mostly of your capacity to write your character living up to their stats. You can do it, just keep in mind that it'll likely not be as cool as you think it's. About the CS properly said, the first ability is fair. The second is a bit too strong, you should max those stacks at most at 50% and snce it's a thing you can apply without any penalty like cooldown, make it last only 01 Round, otherwise he could likely root a whole army just by applying these debuffs in intervals. The last ability is ok as well, but maybe you should consider you should consider toning down the AS buffs, there's a point were you'll eventually reach diminishing returns (I won't specify it, but I guess that you need to take in account that there's a limit to how fast you can move and react, going past it will likely earn you nothing).
