Fife nods his head and lets out an awkward chuckle with a smile to match. "Okay, If first you wanna grab the knife and hold it tightly so you don't loose your grip and mess up the cut. Then what you would do is set the loaf across the board, you'll be angling the knife and not the bread," he says while removing the top and cutting the first slice, "Got it?
