[@Dervish] It's entirely possible for your character to have done that. 

[@The Spectre] We were going to have it that Shepard managed to negotiate a peace between the Migrant Fleet and the Geth Collective.

[@Leos Klien] You misunderstand. Sam is looking for a dedicated group of players, but there shouldn't be any other Spectre PCs besides the ones Sam and I play for the reasons stated above. The rest of the PCs are part of a Spectre-led Task Force akin to Shepard's crew and squad of allies in the Mass Effect games.
