Absolutist: He is very absolute in his views and they are very unshakable. He will not change his views short of God himself intervening and telling him too.

Workaholic: He's extremely dedicated to his job and considers his work his life, and has little time for anything else.

Substance Problem: He's a recovering addict, and was addicted to opiods. He has not used in many years, and doesn't use anymore. He occasionally binge drinks, but this is not a problem yet. He is a daily smoker, and enjoys his newports very much.

Argumentative: he's not a people's person and will argue with others and dosen't work well with others unless they listen to what he says without question.

[b]Personality:[/b] Donny has a strong sense of right and wrong, and doesn't like those who try to skirt the law.He is not fully trusting of politicians but he supports the organized government as a whole. He is a patriot and loves his country. He enjoys relaxing with jazz music, smoking and good books. He has somewhat of a developing problem with binge drinking but doesn't like anyone around him know. He remains distant from his family due to his line of work but is very protective of them and the CIA. He is dedicated to his work, and considers himself a workaholic or at least everyone around him does. He believes dangerous vile people should be tortured and killed, and dangers to society should be eliminated. 

[b]History:[/b] Donny Mastoff was raised in a fairly average family. He enjoyed his child-hood, and always enjoyed life growing up. He had two loving parents, and two brothers and one sister. When he was in high school his sister was gang raped by two individuals, and he ended up being in probation because he tracked them down hit one with car and beat the other one savagely with a bat.  Luckily he was a juvenile and his father was a lawyer so he got him the best legal counsel possible. After that he was very protective of not just his sister but his family, and friends. His family was quite religious but after that experience he found his faith dwindling and dwindling until he was an atheist, and he became obsessed with fixing society. He ended up graduating and went to New York University intending to major in political science with the long term goal of going into law like his father. His father ended up filing for bankrupty and couldn't afford to support him financially anymore as well as all his siblings. He wanted his brother and sister to go to school, so he went to the military to fund his education.

He enjoyed the military, and the fact that he was making a difference in the world. He ended up dishonorably discharged for violence, and upon coming home to Vegas he got a job with his friend who ran a prominent club. Two years later his friend was killed during a club shooting, and the shooter was a powerful connected criminal who got off with three years of probation. He tracked down the man and killed him as well as several of his subordinates effectively wiping out his organization. This same year his father died, and he was left 40,000 dollars. He decided to move to Europe to catch up with a girl he met in college named Sophia, and they traveled Europe together before settling down in London. It was shortly after they were married, they were hit by a drunk driver. His wife died, and he was injured. He was put on pain killers, and awarded a hefty lawsuit from the rich drunk as well as seeing him put behind bars. Still that wasn't enough he ended up seeking work for a security company, but he developed an addiction to pain killers. He ended up doing heroin, and as a result got involved in the illegal business via old military contacts to support his habit. He was disgusted with himself making money of supplying horrible men, and ended up using his regular job to go to rehab.

After getting out of rehab, he had a change of heart, and began killing various people he sold guns too, getting the money, killing buyers, and using it to support those in need. Eventually he was caught and arrested, and sent back to the states. He was facing life in prison, but he was visited by someone that offered him a job. He managed to serve two years and after that he took up the man's offer joining the CIA. He was recruited into a black ops program they had to eliminate the most dangerous individuals but not let it be known the CIA was connected. He enjoyed the work thoroughly and found it therapeutic. When the Empowered situation began a few weeks ago, and the CIA put together his program he was assigned to lead the task force and report directly to Cori and Director Verdock.
