[b]Action Skil[/b]l: Misdirection- Hector tricks his opponents by throwing a flash-bang grenade, and goes out of sight and gains a slight movement speed increase once in stealth. While in stealth, he regenerates Handgun ammo and Shield. At the end of the stealth, Hector gains increased fire rate and accuracy, if he remains unseen, the increase is doubled and he can draw his second handgun for a short period of time

Slight of Hand- During his stealth, he can steal items from his opponents and leave them unarmed
Trick Shot- If Hector scores a kill while benefiting from his fire rate buff; Misdirection’s cooldown is reset and can use it again after a short period of time.
No Power in the Verse- Hector gains increased Handgun damage and increases the duration of his dual wielding if he kills an enemy after his stealth.
Out of Gas- Hector can activate the second half of his action skill when he is in fight for your life mode, only benefiting from the fire rate and accuracy portion of it.
"Time for some thrilling heroics" - If Hector starts to help up an ally in Fight for Your Life mode in stealth, he picks them up instantly but breaks stealth and gains his fire rate/accuracy increase and draws his second pistol, making sure to protect his weakened ally.[/hider]

[b]Grenade[/b]: Corrosive Gas Grenade - Used to deal with pesky armored foes and good for clearing out small rooms.
[b]Shield[/b]: A new and improved amp shot shield that allows him to hit harder for less of a shield penalty. Ah new technology is great, isn't it?

Other Man: You owe us money, and you better pay up fast kid, or you’re gunna be a smear on the wall like all the other shit-heads we’ve come across!
Rough Masculine Voice: Listen, it’s not because we want to kill you, well… We do want to kill you, but not before we get our money.
Hector: Well, I’d hate to leave you here without settling my debts. How about we make another deal; if you can catch me, I’ll pay you your money back and I won’t kill you. But if I win, well…you know.
Other Man: Yeah right, like we’re gunna do that. Lemme bash his skull in already Rocko, we’ll just take his cash and go, it’s not like this lowlife could actually-
*Humming noise in the background *
Other Man: Wait, what the hell, where’d he go?
Rocko: Just find him and get the bosses money back, we don’t have time for this crap.*A single gunshot is heard* Bones? Where did you? Oh shit! Where? What? HOW? Ah shit man… Nevermind you can keep the money, we don’t want this kind of trouble.
Hector: It’s too bad, you came looking for it. Now you’re going to be just like your friend. 
*A sudden scream from Rocko could be heard then a gurgle of blood filling his lungs directly after a gunshot.*
Hector: Should have sent more than just muscle, oh well.

 and about your skills, some of mine totally aren't ripped from Firefly. but that's what borderlands does, take pop culture and makes it more awesome
