The world is already developed, but I don't plan on revealing everything. In fact, the idea I had in mind was that you'd be entering this world completely unaware of the Magical Girl conflict, and you'd be exposed to it on the way (which is also when I add new info to the OOC) much like an actual game. One thing I can say is that it takes place in present times in what is pretty much our world. The Magical Girl world is more-or-less veiled from the muggles.
