[@TheHangedMan] We just need one tiny edit made to your CS. His height. That tall for a 16 year old is problematic. Our tallest character is 6’6”, which is plausible for an adult male, and possible for a fast growing teenager. 7ft, however, is half a foot taller than that, and just plain silly. Please either match your height to 6’6”, or make him even shorter than that. Once that is done, we would gladly accept your CS.

??? One big flaw in this. How would throwing him in the most prestige magical academies in the world get him out of the spotlight? It doesn’t make sense. St. Fortuna’s is one of the national prides of Prydain, it would be like your child flunking the school musical, so you send him to broadway. Can you see how that would be rather silly?
