Powers - Victor has the unusual power to control the undead.He can control the bodies of dead humans and animals.Besides controlling dead bodies he can also have them speak if he needed any information out of them. The downside to his power is that the dead bodies will start the process of decomposition. 

Weaknesses - A few weaknesses including the decomposition process of dead bodies.Without any dead bodies to control he will be some what defenseless. The undead cannot rip and tear into flesh like the zombies in the movies and will need  weapons to maim or murdered.

Personality - Victor is a daydreamer always spacing out imagining he was someplace else. Besides being a daydreamer he a bit lazy when it comes to certain things, Although when it comes it crime he is more then happy to commit it be it for money or pleasure. His outer perception to other people would tell that Victor is very shy not speaking much and only when he feels it is needed. However when he is around people he trusts he is quite talkative.

Victor as well loves to paint and write poems and is very passionate about it. As well as being very protective of his art. He is also quite to anger having a very short temper letting out his anger in his own way.


Experience - 1 and a half years years

Brief Bio - Victor was born into a middle class family of his father being a librarian and his mother being a teacher. He was living a pretty average life with the occasional bullying form his class mates.The first time he found out about his powers was when he was nine years old when he found a ran over cat and controlled it to follow him and be his secret pet until it was bones. Later on in his life he found out he was a mutant at one pointing joining the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, However he left because he found their cause "petty" because he had not qualms with humans.

Afterwards he joined Kingpin as a hired thug working under him to help with dealing with superheroes or robbing banks. Leaving that and now a freelance mercenary.

Key Differences - I don't know what to put here.

Sample Story Arcs - 

Brotherhood Invasion- When he was with the Brotherhood he along with the other members invade Xavier's mansion, They were later defeated thanks to the teamwork of the X-Men.

Rumble In Manhattan- Working under Kingpin as a enforcer along with some other thugs to steal a experiments bomb to be used on Kingpin's enemies.He was later defeated by Spiderman along with his comrades and put into prison afterwards escaping. 

Mutant Outbreak- Was a villain that had escaped form prison with many other mutants and had fought Beast, Escaping form being caught.

Supporting Characters - Kingpin

Notes - He has weapons in cause he cannot control the undead, Carrying a silence uzi and Welrod pistol with ammo.
