[@Rune_Alchemist] Well it's a school so how about something schools do. Have a series of test, physical and mental aptitude test. Like a written exam and a gym exam. Then everyone can imagine all the female characters in gym uniform and everyone can fall on their face, and the dumb people can be weeded out.
