Numbers are always a fun subject when it comes to this stuff. Typically when it comes to Bronze Age, in the early to mid age (3,700 B.C. - 2,600 B.C.) major settlements tended to have around 10,000 occupants though the city of Uruk was said to house around 50,000 to 80,000 people. But if the Bronze Age hasn't come to most of Galbar and is still in Neolithic times then settlements can vary from a few hundred to just about 5,000 in major areas. Then again I don't necessarily care about being too historically accurate in terms of numbers, so long as the battle is well-written and makes me want to stab Amartía with a sword. :hehe
