The weary dreadnought stood and awaited until the Inquisitor graced them with his presence. The doors of the ship opens as a set of Battle-Brothers from the Black Templars emerged. Lord Caius, hero of the Black Defiance in Tarsis Ultra. His worn, dented and scratched armor instills great inspiration that rallied his weary body into life. "Lord Arthus, welcome and may you bring glory to the Emperor." Arthus faced the Black Templar Lord and met him eye-to-eye before the decorated techpriest, respected and most feared by the enemies of the Imperium emerged with his two holy servants. Inquisitor Viqtor had arrived, bearing information at the mission that the group of warriors will partake. Viqtor took his time to observe and watch of the Brothers and Sisters around him-- his appearance seemingly intrigued at the mixture of forces that gathered. With haste, he began. "Brothers, Sisters, Hammers of the Emperor, I have gathered you here for your mission briefing. As some of you may know, our former hive-world, Lorinos IV, located in the Damocles Gulf, was home to a giant Manufactorum. What you do not know is that during the construction of the manufactorum, drilling teams discovered a Warlord-class Titan, buried, we believe, during the Horus Heresy, dubbed Orphion. For a hundred years, our teams worked to get the Titan operational again. Then, during the Damocles Crusade, the filthy Xeno's destroyed the manufactorum, we believed that the Titan was lost with it... Until approximately 3 weeks ago, when we received a communication from a Tech-marine still alive inside of Orphion, claiming that repairs to the Titan are now complete..." Titan Orphion. Warlord-class. Even the mightiest Chapters in the Imperium could not instill fear compared to the Titan. It is the holiest relic ever produced by the Imperium capable of bringing retribution over our foes that dare to challenge the might of the Imperium. Titans are the magnificent creations of our Emperor. "I... Doubt any of you have ever seen a Titan in action, but rest assured that it will go a long way to completing the Imperiums destiny." Arthus would normally address several of his issues within the mission briefing. However, the thought over Titan Orphion justified almost every single piece of problem that Arthus had until the Inquisitor brought forth the foul stenches of heresy. He could smell them, as much as Lord Cadellan could. It was almost as if Arthus himself would break out into a rage of zeal and fury inside of the ship. He began to broke himself into songs. As the Inquisitor began with the dire news, so did Arthus. "His soldiers... Marceth on... The xenos... We shall crush... and burn with our holy fire... And the heretic and mutant... Shall never escape His ire... We shall... Immolate... Their dead... Upon a holy pyre..."
"It is by the power vested in the Inquisition, that i grant permission to retrieve the Titan from Lorinos IV, but not at the cost of the Non-Aggression treaty with the Tau Empire, as, for the moment, they have been deemed a necessary evil to further the goals of the Imperium. Any member of the army that unlawfully fires upon, or otherwise engages a member of their Empire in combat, shall immediately be branded with the Excommunicate Traitoris stamp, for damaging and possibly delaying the destiny that the Immortal God Emperor has laid out for Humanity."
"His soldiers... Triumph on... They shall crush... The hated foe... Beneath their booted feet... And he shall smile... His approval... From atop of His Golden Seat..." Arthus nearly lost himself before the sound of Inquisitor Viqtor pierced through his weary ceramite armour and how he regretted upon this order. It was not enough, but there wasn't much that Arthus could do. "Fortunately, for us, it appears as though one of the Hives of the world is under assault from the followers of Chaos and the false-gods, we shall crush them first, before retrieving the Titan, we cannot let their filthy heresy even so much as bask in the glory of the Titan. So they must be dealt with first. We are fortunate that those Heretics and Xeno's have no idea of the existence of the Titan. And I pray to the Omnissiah that it stays that way. Are there any questions?" Arthus kept silent. The heretics had shown themselves within the presence of the holy Titan. They must be purged. Tactical Briefing now came underway as the servant of Inquisitor Viqtor floated in front of the entire regiment. "As the Codex dictates, the first to attack will be our Assault and Tactical units via drop pods, dropping into battle to break the heretics back-- Followed closely by our Guardsmen aboard their great beasts. And finally, the Devastators and Armoured units." With the might of the Emperor, Viqtor shouted. "We shall descend upon the foes, we shall overwhelm them, WE SHALL LEAVE NONE ALIVE!" Comically, Arthus attempted to interrupt the momentum of the Inquisitor. He approached Viqtor and stood to look down to him. "As the Head Chaplain... Of the Deathwatch... Inquisitor Viqtor... I request to be positioned... With the Assault and Tactical Squads... Where I can shower fury... And righteousness... Uninterrupted." Arthus awaits for the Inquisitor's reply.
