#1: Nations. We will require some players in Europe (UK, France, Germany are musts), Middle East (Iran, Saudi Arabia and Israel are musts) and Africa (Egypt) so this RP does not become monopolized by East-Asian concerns xD.

#2: NGO's and organizations: Would the European Union(Supranational) be controlled by a player on its own or jointly controlled by the EU players, in which case who takes precedent? Belgium(Brussels, Capital of the EU) or Germany(Basically the head of the EU)? African Union? Putin's 2015 Eurasian Union plan? Who controls the various United Nations organizations? 

#3: Fiction and malleability of reality: While I'd say all world leaders and primary political leaders should be real or at least *very* realistic fictional characters, what are the RP rules on using fictional people in other POV's (Soldiers, civilians, journalists, mercenaries, fictional corporations, terrorists, etc)?

#4: Syrian Civil War. As its most likely still going on by this alternative future 2015, I should say there should be some focus on it still. Regardless, should both sides be playable? (Syrian Government vs National Syrian Coalition). ALTERNATIVE OPTION: Put Russia in charge of Syria and the US in charge of the NSC.
