each of the gms controls a member of the council (though i really wish kishin had a laptop or something so he could make larger posts) and i'd assumethe fact that the silent king, a psionic... dunno what you'd call our characters in this situation, but mah lizard mans, and likely tiny's council member can sense such things. There's also the fact that wraith's character admitted to doing it at least twice, possibly three times
