I'm not quite sure what your post is suggesting. The forest looked as if it contained an open field of flowers? And it looked that way from the outside? Err... well. I'll need to once more hear an explanation, sorry for being daft.

By the way, the forest in question is the one straight north of Dredear town, so the one on the southeast corner of the map.
