I'm probably gonna do it :lol 
I'll have her fire a few shots and then maybe stay low for a little while while she gauges the reaction. In my next post depending on what happens with that then maybe I could have her stalker show up to save her(?), or at least to drag her away from the battlefield 'for her safety'. That may be a more logical way to trigger the plot than what I was gonna do.
