You all can read this over. This is information not exactly known accurately by most Descendants. History books are hard to come by as the royals usually keep it to themselves.

The Seraphim liberated those under the Dragon Lords rule and interbred his offspring with their kind to form bonds and a deeper alliance. However his people remained almost entirely to themselves and within time grew to a sizable army of ten thousand soldiers all sharing the blood of the Seraphim. While the Dragon horde was staggeringly more than their numbers the many betrayals of dragons switching alliances bolstered their ranks. Favor was on their side. A campaign was rarely ever lost by the descendants and their freed dragon allies. 

Instead they battled only during certain times and situations making their victories powerful but not frequent. This was a long and destructive war with many descendants being enslaved across the lands. But the everlasting powers were harnessed by the Seraphim and his kin while the dragons relied on their bodies which broke and tore under the pure essence of the cosmic and dragon entities uniting before them. And so they lost.

After the war the descended took over the lands of the Dragons. Each area building from on top the rubble of the ancient dragon gods and forming their own lordships. By this time the population of the world was mostly descendant. Dragons did not often breed as they did and could not always compete within the lands of the fair and elegant descendants who thought most dragons and those who looked like dragons were revolting.
