[@FrostedCaramel] I'll be assigning ranks- more senior members like Travers will likely be a higher ranked lieutenant, while the rooks will be ensigns. Rank won't really play too much in this RP, as outside of commanding officers, respect is earned through reputation amongst the squadron and the battlefield.
