Omega- looks good! Just please repost in IC to keep the structure going. Once it is in IC, you get +100xp for being the First to Fight (1st PC to 100% Completion of DM tasks) Congrats! Save your xp, don't spend it yet.

Ollumhammersong- I have been PMing a few people, we will probably have some more players in a day or so. I knew it might take a little while to get this going, that's why the official start date is still a little ways out. I'm sure we'll drum up a few more people.

You don't need to worry about Squad Leaders....you haven't even gone through Deathwatch basic training yet! 
Squad Leaders wills be decided before deployment on actual missions, before Oath taking and requisition.

Also, the SW/DA rivalry at times has been described as a competitive brotherly rivalry and at others as borderline hatred. It really depends on your interactions with the Chapter before. It'll be interesting to see how the layers of that RP develops.
