I at first was going to rewrite it with a more traditional Black Templar prep feel but then thought about how Black Templars generally do not send their usual brothers to the Deathwatch since the usual brother of the Black Templars is bad at interacting with anyone less pious than a Sister of Battle and tend to kill psykers on sight rather than potentially capture or work beside them.
