I'm on the other side of the ocean to your empire, so I have very little ability to affect the battles you fight over there. My government is busy fighting a (nearly over) war against Freeport and preparing for the inevitable invasion of insane fanatics from the north, so it wont try to pick a fight until after your empire's insane ally declares war on me for "Insert casus belli here", then my revolutionaries will start sending supplies and help to the natives fighting you.

To counter the inevitable invasion from the north, Napoleon-expy will probably retreat from his isolationist stance and start allying major powers, setting up a World War scenario.
