Anyone need the Arcis Foreign Legion to step in and provide some humanitarian relief or support? Maybe even occupy a town or two to uphold law and order? XD

No, but I still need some help giving some validity to the Arcis's Red Cross/UN Forces like status, especially its specialized unit for it. I want it to be so that when Foreign Legion show up at your nation, the only thought that crosses your mind is "I hope they brought enough food" So I need some previous history with foreign nations to justify the idea.
