-ancient race of magic
-ancient race of tech
-exploration, ad ifinitum

-political intrigue of factions

I have an idea in my head of how all this is gonna go, but i realized that it might not be as interesting to others as it is to me, so ive come up with options

whatever it is, we're making steady progress here, and we're getting to the more interesting part of things: that's why im trying to map out the road now
