Sol, flying up in the air, was well on dousing out the flames on a building for the fifth time, as the fires on the moderate-sized office building were quenched he noticed a ravenette in armour sprinting towards a tank, proceeding to trash the heavily armoured vehicle. His curiosity piqued the white-haired teen flew closer to observe her in combat, as he soared above building he noticed two troop of HYDRA soldiers rapidly approaching. Without wasting a single moment the Infinity Gem fragment shoots off into the middle of the enemy infantry, encased in an aura of flames, like a fiery asteroid. The sheer impact had sent a few soldiers flying up into the air and most, if not all, were alit on fire Sol himself floated up from the crater he made, with a flick of his hand he had created and promptly fired off telekinetic bullets that found their target on the remaining soldiers that were still conscious and on their feet. Having disposed of the threat at hand, he flew to where the armoured girl was tearing the tank a new one, making no attempt to introduce himself as he watched from a close distance.

Connor rose after a moment and followed Kijani's gaze, before nodding. "Sure thing" He agreed, shifting, he switched to a more offensive analyse, glancing about them to make sure that nothing had tried to sneak up on them, watching the woman a moment tearing a tank open, satisfied that she wasn't going to attack them.

"Well, lets go see what damage we can do" He said, looking to Kijani and giving her a smile.

The sudden appearance of several zombies caused the civilians near by to panic more. Those had been trying to avoid the fight were now running right into it. Now more innocents where in danger.

Jin was right. The men and woman that came out of the tanks had not only been trained to combat almost any power but they had devices that block most mental powers. they were as prepared for the mutants and meta humans as they could be. It wouldn't be easy to overwhelm them.

The looters continued to strike as many stores as they could. They started fires and destroyed property. Griffin started after them. He was confident Kalinda would stay with him. But if she chose to do something else he would be fine. He was confident in his own abilities. He had spent his life, as short as it was, fighting. While he only had a little professional training he had a lot of dirty fighting techniques.

Katherin headed to the nearest fire. There were so many of them. Some where burning fast and bright. Others were slower. Some were natural but most were not. The non-natural ones could be a problem. Katherin studied the building. She was afraid to freeze areverything. Still she had to do something. She would try to slowly freeze the building so people had time to escape and the building didn't collapse. As long as she didn't lose control it should be ok.

Roy was trying to control his zombies to only attack the people that was attacking the other students. Some of his own comrades crowding around him to try and protect himself form the incoming flies.

@Caits Kijani laughed, spinning her sword and taking off at a jog, looking for enemies. "Cover me, Connor." And she went forward, knowing that he would do just that. She did her best not to be lethal, but a few of the looters who shot at her lost the hands holding the guns. The authorities could jail them if they wanted, but she just wanted them incapacitated. Kijani moved through the looters like a soldier, not mocking, not teasing, simply taking them down one after the other.

Meanwhile, Jin was pouring everything she had into shielding her teammates. "I knew this wasn't going to work!" There was sweat beading on her forehead already. The shield was holding, but would she? "Come on, we gotta pull back and get cover, this is going south!" She started to back away, but made sure that Magnus and Makoto were still covered.

Kassy had separated from her partner, and was trying to do her best on her own. She saw some dead people start getting up and fighting, and for a while she was certain it was an illusion. If it was, it was a good one to fool her. The civilians didn't like the look of it, so she quickly headed them off, using her power to amplify her voice to them and drown everything else.

"Here, look here! Follow me!" She gave each of their minds the slightest of nudges, so that they would think following her to safety was the smartest and best thing to do and that they should do so immediately. They followed her into a covered area like obedient ducklings, and she made sure they weren't in any significant physical danger before heading out again. Controlling a panicked, desperate person was easy. In that case, it may have even been the right thing to do to keep those people out of danger. The guilt swam in her belly anyway, that she'd manipulated those people.

With a huff of frustration, she went off to find another fight.

Magnus nods, "That'll come in handy." He points out a Hydra soldier wearing the telltale, shiny insignia of an officer and asks, "Do you see that man? I think he's the officer in charge of their mission. If you could use your electricity to knock him out, I could put on his uniform and maybe trick the others into standing down. He looks kind of similar to me, and with all the wind and dust blowing around, they might not notice the difference." He turns to the black clad stranger next to him and asks, "Would you be able to get us close by taking out any soldiers in our way? Preferably quietly, if possible"

Jin did what she was asked, and started to shield the electricity girl from danger. Sheer power flowed out of her, and her dark eyes lit up bright silver behind her goggles. The shield itself was invisible, but the amount of dust in the air left a bubble-shaped void where Jin lay it over them. Shields were the one thing Jin felt like she could do without messing it up. You couldn't overpower a shield - it just made it stronger. True, she was going to have a massive headache after this, but as long as her teammate stayed safe, it would be fine.

She really didn't think this plan was going to work though. This guy may be smart, but would he know the right lingo in order to make the troops retreat? Wouldn't an army trained to fight metahumans, mutants and everyone else be prepared for brainwashing, hypnosis, doppelgangers and all sorts of trickery? She shot a nervous glance back to Magnus, but his face betrayed nothing.

Makoto proceeded with caution and when the Officer was exposed, on the back edge of the group after giving an order she took her chance. There was a small bit of skin exposed on the back of his neck and the thrust her generated electricity into him. At first, she was suspended for a moment and completely stiff, hardly making a noise, then his limp body began to crumple towards the ground. Makoto tried to ease his fall as to not make noise but unfortunately, there was still a *wumph* sound. Makoto had an arm and foot stuck under him and quickly pulled them back, causing scrapes and cuts where her skin caught on his armour. In that moment it occurred to her that her electricity could have gone through the helmet creating quite the spike in static. Unsure of what went on inside the guy's helmet, Makoto attempted to retreat as fast as she could. Relying on her teammate with the shield. She ended up by a storefront, praying to blend in enough not to be seen.

Roy could see that his zombies are starting to act out of control. Most of them attacking civilians and the other students since he did not know who was enemy or friend. Most of them trying to rip apart the people that they could get their hands on. Seeing this was making Roy's face getting sweaty and he was starting to panic. This VR felt more real then he thought. Trying to use his powers to try and control them.

However they most of them were now getting out of control. Roy was unknowingly using his powers in real life controlling the undead that was in his control to stop what they were doing. The ones he was controlling was on a bench stopping their movement and control. They stopped now slumped onto the ground. Roy quickly removing the headset of the VR and throwing it on the ground with a loud thud. Running out of the door and was making his way outside. Tears welling in his eyes and running down his face. Because of his departure form the VR simulation all the undead in the sim would drop down on the group. None of them could move because they were not being controlled. The danger with the undead would be solved.

Magnus had briefly marveled at the strength of Jin's protective shields as they stopped bullet after bullet, but as Makoto lead him closer to the officer, his mind snapped back into focus. He was worries that they'd be seen approaching the leader of the soldiers, but a couple of very convenient smoke clouds obscured he and his classmate from view long enough for her to take the man down. With her job done, and Makoto rapidly retreating, Magnus drags the man's limp form around a building and out of view. He quickly strips the officer of his uniform, confirming his suspicions that the soldiers were Hydra personnel. He dresses himself in the uniform, which fit surprisingly well, but has to repress the urge to shudder as he thinks of all the atrocities men and women had committed while wearing this uniform.

After taking a moment to compose himself and recollect the speech patterns, mannerisms, and body language he had noticed in the officer, Magnus briskly walks into view of the Hydra members with his head held high and his stride military in appearance. He looks around at the soldiers with a look of disdain in his eye. Spittle suddenly flies from his mouth as he barks in German and slaps the barrels of nearby Hydra weapons toward the ground, "Stop firing, you idiots! You were given nonlethal weapons for a reason, so use them! We need as many of the metahumans alive as possible so we can unlock the secret of their powers. Kill the untermenschen, capture the ubermenschen. One of them is more valuable then all of you put together, understood?" With his body posture making it clear that he had no doubts his orders would be followed, Magnus draws a shock baton and advances on his fellow students with a look of pure malice on his face. "Hopefully the soldiers will do as I say, giving the other students a chance to get the civilians out of here or fight back. If one of my classmates gets too close though, I'll have to attack them to keep my cover," his mask of rage revealing nothing as the thoughts flit through his mind.

There were many things that Kalinda knew she could do, yet she knew that a lot of attacks were won by surprise… which is what she could be. No one would truly expect her to come out of the shadows… even if they knew someone was there, it was hard to know, truly, where someone would appear. Plus with her empathic abilities she could be aware of anyone that was aware of her. So she followed along behind Griffin easily, keeping track of him by his own rather unique emotions.

She was confident in Griffins abilities but that didn't mean she wasn't going to help, and so she began to use the shadows to her advantage, manipulating them to seize looters and trouble makers, and essentsilly causing havoc amoung them.

Phoebe followed Katherine, and as her friend set to work, she did too, making petrified wood to help secure buidlinga, preventing them from falling, doing what she could so that Katherine might be able to put out the fire, keeping her eye on her friend as well as the buildings themselves.

In this situation, that was all she could do. Phoebe couldn't risk making any chlorofiends-they'd burn up in seconds. And she didn't want that… once she made them they were alive. And she wouldn't condemn them to a fiery death.

Connor smiled slightly, watching her for a moment before he followed after her, at the moment on the ground, although he was ready to take to the air if required. He watched her, staying at a distance-close enough to cover her but not enough to interfere with her attack.

It was good to see her like this. Confident. Happy. It did his heart good. If any of the people she downed looked like they might cause trouble, Connor diswaded them of such notions.

But kijani seemed to be handling it, easily

Mimic sighed as he watched the young heroes. They were trying he had to give them that. But the problem was that they still insisted on doing things the hard way. Too many of them work working alone. He shook his head as he turned the simulation off. Everything would suddenly go black. It was disoriented but there wasn't alot that he could do about it. They hadn't found way to make it less disorienting to the students. He knew it would take them a few minutes to figure out what had happened. He would have to wait until they all removed their helmets before he laid into them for not following instructions.

Griffin was about to attack one of the tanks. His idea was to take on as many of the soldiers as he could. They needed them out of the way. If the soldiers were focused on him than the others should have a chance to get some of the innocents out of the way. His powers could be used alot of ways but he thought this might be the most useful. He ran straight towards the new arrivals. He bared his teeth even though he was still in human form. Just was he grabbed the first soldier everything went black.

Katherin frowned as she felt her magic slip. It was going well she was able to cool the building and freeze the sections she wanted frozen. But then the ice she built started to grow even though she didn't want to. She tried to pull it back to nothing happening. She started to panic which only made things worse. The ice spread faster. Suddenly the world went dark.

Ryan-Ashley was finally accepted into the academy. The Academy of Heroes and Villains. To be honest, she was nervous about the villain part and how many people were going to be here, but she was eager as well. Eager because her mother told her stories of the heroes and kids she'd meet. Her mother always told her that she'd love the kids, but still she was nervous. Being a naturally shy person didn't help at all either.

Stepping into the building, she quietly looked around. She could hear people talking, but couldn't see them. She stepped into the hallway and quietly leaned against the wall. She pulled out a piece of paper, looking at it. It was her schedule. She glanced at the clock on the wall. It read 10:00. Ryan-Ashley looked back at the clock. She sighed, seeing it had no information on what class she should go to. She decided to try and find the office. Maybe the voices she heard were from the office anyways.

Ryan-Ashley wondered through the hall, the voices getting louder. A minute later, she crossed to the office. She quietly looked in. A secretary looked up at her. She asked her what class period it was. "E-Excuse me, M-my names Ryan-Ashley, I was w-wondeirng what class p-period it was?" Ryan-Ashley squeaked, shyly. The secretary responded with near the end of first period. She told her to go straight to her second period. Ryan-Ashley thanked the lady and quietly headed off. She looked at the paper schedule again. It said art was her second period, in room 6. She quietly looked down a hallway, seeing if there was classrooms down that way. There were. She wondered down and looked at the room numbers. 3, 4, 5, and 6. She smiled. She quietly looked around before peering into the classroom. It was empty. She let out a sigh of relief that she found the right classroom. She stepped in, expecting a teacher, but no one. She raised an eyebrow and figured they probably went to get coffee or something. Looking around, she set her backpack down and pulled out a chair. She pulled out her notebook and grabbed a pencil. She waited for the bell to ring and for the large, scary crowds of people.

Roy was under a tree all alone sitting down with his legs close to his face. Holding his legs in front of his face with tears running down his face. He was crying trying to hide his face form anyone that would walk by. His zombies would still be on the bench hunched over and waiting to be controlled.

He could not explain why his zombies were not listening to him. And if he was afraid that if he used his powers in real life that people could be injured or worse.

Sol's vision would turn black, he could no longer hear, smell, feel the war torn landscape he was just in, this sudden shift in perspective was mildly disorientating. But the sheer nothingness of the black void would remind him of his time as an Infinity Gem before gaining sentience, honestly it was somewhat comforting to the teen. He would soon come to, slipping off the helmet on his head before glancing around the room to see his classmates still yet to regain consciousness. Noticing that the teacher was awake and observing the class, he pipes up from his desk to ask some questions he had on his mind, "Was that a test? How did I do? Is this how classes usually go? Will I get to introduce myself? What's your power? And.. when's lunch?"

Just as Magnus was about to swing the shock baton at a large, Sasquatch-looking creature, the world goes dark and his surroundings go silent. He panics momentarily, thinking that he must be the victim of a telepathic attack, of which he ha always been secretly terrified. However, Magnus soon feels the pressure on his ears and feels the weight of a helmet on his head and remembers the world outside of that war torn city. "It was just a simulation," he mentally reassures himself.

Taking off the virtual reality helmet, Magnus looks to the front of the classroom and studies the face of the teacher. While Mimic's facial expressions didn't change much, it betrayed a feeling of disappointment to the human supercomputer which studied it. "He's not happy with us," Magnus whispers to Jin after he sees her remove her helmet.

Modlen was desperately trying to tell the difference between friend or foe as her swarm of flies descended upon the chaos, but it was no use. She was too new. She couldn't tell who was simulated NPC, who was a classmate or even who among the NPC's were civilians. With a light push, she scattered the swarm and started to consider her other options. Maybe she could use a smaller swarm to distract attackers while she got her bearings? If anyone attacked her it would immediately tell her who the bad guys were. Unless they thought she was a looter too.

She started to feel completely overwhelmed. Her chest tightening, Modlen began to panic. What was she supposed to do? How was she supposed to help in this situation? If anything, she felt like she would only make things worse. With a flap of her wings, Moddy took to the sky. It was the safest place to be right now and it would allow her to collect her thoughts. Maybe a birds-eye view would give her a better perspective on things. At the very least flying tended to calm her dow-

The world went black.

She was confused. Had someone knocked her out? Oh god, how high up was she? Was she falling? Had somebody shot her? Was she dead? Did that mean she died in reality? No, that would be stupid, what school would kill its students in a sim? Unless there was a teacher who could resurrect her. She did recall seeing zombies in the fray at some point. But she didn't want to be a zombie, it was hard enough being who she was, she didn't want to be the daughter of Satan and undead too!

Slowly, Modlen began to hear murmuring. Faint at first, but getting louder. Like she was hearing someone talk while wearing headphones. Realisation dawned on her. The simulation must have ended. Her cheeks burned with embarrassment and she hoped that no one had seen her start to freak out.

A little warning would have been nice. She thought a little bitterly. Nevertheless, she reached up and removed the VR interface, rejoining the real world and the rest of her classmates.

Dante was on her way to help with the fires, she had just reached hef destination when suddenly everything was black. Dante could only assume that the program has ended. She lifted the VR set off of her head and looked around at the other students. Well, carp. I didn't manage to do anything.
Dante put her chin in her palm and sat, waiting to see what else was going on in this class. Most of the other students wede now coming out of the simulation as well, all looking either confused or agitated. As she was watching, another late student came in. At least she wasn't the only one.

Jin hissed and rubbed her forehead as she came out of the simulation. Magnus' words sounded muffled, and she rubbed her forehead. "...I've heard this guy's kind of a hard-ass, actually... Maybe that's just his default setting." She let out a low groan and put both hands over her eyes. "...shit, I feel like my head's going to pop." There was a tiny trickle of blood slipping from her nose, but she hadn't seemed to notice. "Heh. My shield sure held though. I wonder how many shots that was..."

Kassy was disoriented as she came away from the battlefield. She was immediately thirsty, and quickly drained every drop in her water jug. Rising up and quickly slipping outside, she filled up her water jug. Before she returned, she saw another student, sitting and crying. "Oh!" She hesitated, before going to join and sit beside him. "Hi." She offered him a brightly colored cloth, a spare headscarf she hadn't worn yet. "...want to talk about it?"

Kijani blinked a few times as they all came free of the simulation. Her eyes found Connor, making sure he was fine. Then she scowled at Mimic. "Hey teach? What the hell was that? This is day 2 and you send us into an active warzone? Hydra tanks and zombies? Really? Were we meant to fail? Because it worked." She was probably setting a bad example for the other students, but she didn't care.

"What exactly was that supposed to be teaching us, Mimic?"

Roy was looking up at the voice speaking to him wiping some tears form his cheek with one hand, "You..were there right? in my class?" He asked her his pale hand taking the handscarf slowly and with caution. "I was hurting people...i could hurt people in real life" He said looking at the fabric intensely.

Kassy nodded, and gently patted his shoulder. "I'm afraid of my powers too. If I really... if I really let myself go, I could make bad things happen. But that's why we're here! To learn control." She showed him a trick, and let a small illusionary fish swim around them. "...Death is not always something to be feared, though people do. Death simply is, like the ending of a song or that moment when a wave filters out." She let the fish dance around him.

"I know you were just trying to help, just like we all were. I think you should maybe... take something small, before you take a person? Perhaps a small animal. I don't think you should kill it though, that would probably make people look at you strangely."

Roy looked up at Kassy and then to the fish that was swimming in between them, Running his pale hand though his big poofy hair rubbing it now against his cheek. "Oh well..i can try but the people i control are my friends..i don't think i can make friends with deceased animals" Roy said now looking at his feet.

Bringing his knees closer towards his face, "I will need help controlling my powers, But i don't know anyone here that can control the dead and teach me" He added.
