[@Burning Kitty], that's basically Alex Mercer from [i]Prototype[/i] with boobs. I'd say that's a little too powerful for the RPG and more of a Freak. She's similar to Nightmare, I think. The weakness is also very specific and likely extremely rare outside the military.
